i'm not one to do manifestos, however, i've seen quite a few sites who say 'copying is an act of love' and i would just like to say that it's not. stealing another person's creative/intellectual property is like creating art with ai. don't do it. you can, however derive inspiration from other people's cool sites, or with permission, use what they have created. for example, this site i made from a template someone made for other people to use. and always credit too! so i guess my manifesto is 'copying is not an act of love, but deriving inspiration is' :)
